Shipping policy

Each order is made to order. Processing and shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days.

• During peak seasons or holidays, production times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after production.

• Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): 7–30 business days after production, depending on destination and military mail routing.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. ATKPOS is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact us so we can assist you.
