Refund policy

Because each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.

Returns and Refunds Are Accepted If:

• Your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

• You receive the wrong item.

If this happens, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Made-to-order apparel that does not have a defect.

• Items returned without contacting us first.

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Please review the product details and size guide carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if production has not yet begun. Once an item is in production, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@atkposretail.com.
